The menus, the location switcher, your site link, cache and language controls, and the phone shortcuts.
The shop panel has one navigation bar across the top of every page. The menus on the left depend on your role. The controls on the right are the same everywhere.
For the shop owner the bar shows Dashboard, Orders, Point of sale, Returns, Customers, Catalogue, Delivery, Marketing Tools, Reports and Shop. Menus for features your shop does not have are hidden. Point of sale needs the POS add-on, and Returns appears only while returns are in use. The logo opens your home page: the dashboard for the owner.

| Express switch | Turns express delivery on or off after you confirm. Shown to the owner and Shop Managers of shops that deliver locally |
| Clear Cache | Owner only. Clears all of your shop's caches after you confirm Are you sure you want to clear all caches? |
| Your name | Opens Logout and, when the panel is offered in more than one language, the Language choice |
Staff assigned to some locations see My locations and a list headed You work at. They cannot switch to other locations. If every location they work at is switched off, the menu says Your locations are switched off.
The right-hand controls fold into the account button. It lists Location, Plan & billing when your plan needs attention, Your site, Clear cache, the language choice and Logout.
Two shortcuts sit beside the Menu button that opens the menus: Orders for the owner and Shop Managers, and Products for the owner and product managers.
