What you see when a feature is not in your plan, or when you reach one of your plan's limits.
Your plan includes a set of features and a set of counts. This page describes what the panel shows when you go past either, on a shop linked to billing, if your platform enforces plans. On other shops none of these blocks appear.

If your plan does not include a feature:
Drivers and pickers can still finish orders already assigned to them after a plan loses their app. They are not given new ones.
To unlock one, upgrade your plan or buy the add-on.
At a limit, adding one more is refused. Nothing you already have is deleted.

| Products | The add-product button is hidden. A save is refused with "Your plan allows" the number of "products. Upgrade your plan (Plan & billing) to add more." An import skips the new products over the limit |

| Locations | Add location is locked, and the same message with "locations" answers a new location |
| Staff accounts | "Staff limit reached: your plan allows" the number of "staff accounts. Upgrade your plan (Plan & billing) to add more." |
| POS registers | "Your plan includes" the number of "POS registers. Add a POS register (Plan & billing) to add another." |
If a shop holds more POS registers than its plan includes, the extra ones are locked for new shifts: "This register is locked: your plan includes" the number of "POS registers." A shift already open on a locked register can still be closed.

If your limits become lower than what you already use, for example after an add-on ends, your existing records stay. The Usage row turns red and shows the count above the limit. You cannot add more until you are back under the limit or raise it.
