Choose which locations each team member and rider works for, and set the rules for moving stock.
People see and are notified about the orders of their locations only: in the order list, dashboard, picker and delivery apps, reports and new-order alerts. Orders they already picked or deliver stay theirs.
On Catalogue › Locations & stock, select Staff & riders. Every team member and rider is listed with their role.

| All locations (first choice) | No location chosen. What that means depends on the setting below; when the setting is "no location", this choice reads No location (sees no orders) |

| Only: | Works for the locations you tick |
Select Save on that person's row.
If your plan does not include it, Only: is greyed out and a note says everyone works for all locations.
The card at the top has three settings for the whole shop.

| 2. Team members and riders with no location | Work for all locations, or Work for no location until you choose one. With "no location", a new team member or rider sees no orders and gets no order alerts until you choose their locations. Everyone without a location today is affected at once |
| 3. Stock transfers by staff of some locations | Tick May send stock to any location to let them send stock anywhere, for example back to the warehouse. Unticked, they send only to their own locations. They always transfer from their own locations |
| 4. Transfer approval | Tick Staff of some locations must request transfers. They then cannot move stock at once: they request it, and the sending location approves and sends it |
Select Save under the card. The owner always sees every location, and staff of all locations can always transfer at once. Shop Managers and Shop Product Managers can open this tab, but only the owner can change it.

On your team page, each person's row shows their locations, with a Change link for the owner that opens this tab for that person.
These settings apply only while you have more than one location.
