Who can use this
Shop owner
A courier account lets you book a shipment from the order page, print its label and keep the order in step with the courier's tracking. Couriers do not set checkout prices; your zone rates do. Live rates are only shown to you when you book.

The couriers list
Screenshot coming soon
The Couriers page before any courier is added, with the couriers to choose from numbered
With no courier yet, the page lists the couriers you can add (1). Select one to open its form.
Once you have a courier, the page lists your accounts instead, with Add courier at the top. Each row shows the name, the courier, chips for what it supports, the shipment count, Edit, and Delete or Switch off. Default and Off chips show its state. Switched off on this platform means the platform has disabled that courier: nothing new can be booked with it, and its shipments keep their tracking link.
Add a courier
Choose the courier
Select Add courier, then pick your courier under Courier (1) before you type anything: choosing another courier reloads the form.
Fill the form
Enter a Name (2), which shows on the order's Shipping card, and the courier's own fields; see its page above. Credentials are stored encrypted and never shown again. To keep a saved one, leave its box blank.
Default package is optional: Length, Width, Height in cm and Weight in kg. It pre-fills the Ship form when products have no dimensions.
Set active and default
Active — can be used for new shipments (3). Default courier — pre-selected when shipping an order (4); only an active courier can be the default.
Save
Select Add courier. The saved account opens, now with the cards described below.
Test the connection
On the saved account, select Test connection. It checks the saved details with the courier, so save your changes first. A pass ticks the courier step of the setup checklist. Changing a credential clears the pass, so test again.
Status webhook
The Status webhook card shows for Shiprocket and Delhivery only. With it, status changes arrive at once. Without it, statuses are checked every 30 minutes.
Copy Webhook URL.
Select Generate token and copy the Token straight away: "it is not shown again".
Give both to the courier. Shiprocket sends the token back as the x-api-key header; for Delhivery see Connect Delhivery.
Generate a new token stops the old one working until you update it at the courier. Webhooks are refused while there is no token or the account is off.
Switch off or delete
A courier with shipments can only be switched off; they keep their tracking. A courier without shipments is deleted with its credentials.
Troubleshooting
"The courier refused the test: …" The courier's own message follows. Correct the named field, save, test again.
"The courier could not be reached. Try again in a few minutes." A connection problem, not your details.
