Help CenterHelp Center / Developers · Concept
What your developer can connect to your shop, where each key lives, and which plan includes it.
Your shop can talk to other systems in four ways. This section is written for the developer who builds the connection, and for the owner who gives them access.
| You want to | Use | Where the owner sets it up |
|---|---|---|
| Be told when an order, return, parcel or customer changes | Shop Webhooks | Shop › Shop Webhooks |
| Push products, stock, prices, customers and price lists into the shop, or read and adjust orders | Incoming API | Shop › Settings › Webhooks/Pushers |
| Change prices and availability with a signed-in account | Shop API | Shop › Whatsapp Api & Webhooks |
| Send orders to ERPNext as Sales Orders | ERPNext | Shop › Settings › Integrations |
| Menu | What is there | Direction |
|---|---|---|
| Shop › Whatsapp Api & Webhooks | The API token of your account, and the Catalogue sync webhook for a WhatsApp catalogue | Token: calls into the shop. Catalogue URL: out of the shop |
| Shop › Shop Webhooks | URLs that receive order, return, shipment and customer events | Out of the shop |
| Shop › Settings › Webhooks/Pushers | The Webhook token and three switches for the incoming API, plus an API reference | Into the shop |
The two tokens are different. The API token signs in as a person. The Webhook token identifies the shop to the incoming API only.
