The order page

Select View on an order card to open the order. The left column holds the details. The right column holds the Actions card and the Summary, and stays in view as you scroll.

Status line and order facts

1. The badges show the status, and Modified order, Express Delivery and Delivery by when they apply. See Order statuses. A sample order of a demo store also carries a Demo badge beside its number.

2. The boxes below show Placed, Modified, Delivery type, Payment, Scheduled, Expected ready, Delivery agent, Source and Invoice. Payment reads Not selected yet until a payment mode is known.

For an online payment, a Paid Online : line shows the amount and gateway. Details opens the gateway record. A yellow box appears when money needs an action. See Refunds and balances.

Customer and Delivery

3. Customer shows the name (it opens all the customer's orders), e-mail, phone with a copy button, and the wallet balance when the wallet is in use.

4. Delivery shows the Address, the Customer comment and a map when the order has a pin. Edit beside each opens Edit the address or comment while the order is open.

Move the order to another location

On shops with more than one active location, the owner and managers can pick a location under Move to and select Move order. The order's stock moves with it, so the new location must have every item free. If the new location does not deliver to the address or is closed at the slot, the page lists the problems and offers Move anyway. Once work on the order has started, the card explains why it can no longer move.

Products

5. Products lists each line with quantity, price, add-ons, barcode and pack size. Copy list copies the items as text. Added and Qty changed mark lines changed after the order was placed, and removed lines are listed under Removed. A product you have since deleted shows No longer in your catalogue.

Summary

6. The Summary card lists Items, Shop charge, Delivery charge or shipping, Quantity adjustment, Total, Coupon, Discount, the tax lines, Grand total, Wallet balance used, Paid by gift card and Paid. The last row is Payable, the amount still to collect, or Nothing to collect.

For a courier order paid on delivery, the last row names the courier that collects the cash. Owners and managers also see Courier cost and Shipping margin.
