A free trial gives you a plan for a set number of days with no payment. It is not always on offer. If no trial card shows on Plan & billing, choose a plan instead.

Start the trial

Open Plan & billing
Go to Shop › Plan & billing. Where your platform requires a plan before setup, every other panel page leads a new shop here.
Read the card
1. When a trial is on offer, a card above Plans reads "Try QuickCommerce free", with the number of days when one is set. It names the plan you get, and says "No payment needed — choose a plan any time during or after your trial."
Start
1. Select Start free trial. The button reads "Starting your trial…".
You are taken to store setup, or to the dashboard if setup is finished, with the message "Your free trial has started".

A Shop Manager sees the card without the button, and the line "Only the shop owner can start the free trial."

The card does not show while a plan or a trial is running, or while the account is suspended.

During the trial

The Your plan card shows the Free trial badge and "Free trial —" the days left, with the end date. On the last day it reads "Your trial ends today."
The price on the card is what the trialled plan costs in your own currency.
Cancel plan and the auto-renew button are not shown during a trial.
In the last five days, a line above every panel page counts down. See The billing banner and ended plans.

Choose a plan during the trial

During a trial the Plans card offers every plan, including cheaper ones, on both Monthly and Annual.

Select Choose followed by the plan name.
The dialog reads "Billed monthly from when the payment is confirmed" (or annually), and "Your free trial ends then and this plan starts."
Pick a payment method and continue. See Pay and pending payments.

You pay the full price. There is no credit for unused trial days.

The plan you are trialling is marked On free trial and its button is greyed out, with "You can buy this plan when your trial ends, or choose another plan now." On some accounts the trialled plan can be bought during the trial; it then shows a Choose button like the others.

When the trial ends

The Your plan card shows the plan as ended and asks you to choose a plan. Every plan and both cycles are offered. If your platform enforces billing, the panel becomes read-only until you choose one. See The billing banner and ended plans.
