The fields of each SMS provider block on the SMS Settings tab, and which ones are required.
Below the switches, SMS Settings has one block per provider. Fill in only the block of the provider you chose in Default SMS Gateway, and of the secondary one if you use it.
Copy every value from your provider's own dashboard. Fields that hold a secret are write-only: after saving they are not shown again, and leaving one blank keeps the saved value.

For shops in India, MSG91 messages go through registered templates only:

XpressSMS also sends the Template Id from the top of the tab with every message.

Twilio is the only provider through which an SMS code is sent to a phone number in another country.

It has no fields. Every message is treated as sent and nothing leaves the platform.
