Who can use this

Shop owner, Shop Manager

Every order from your website, app, WhatsApp or the panel lands in Orders in the top navigation bar. You open an order, accept it, prepare it, and hand it to a delivery guy, a courier or the customer.

The life of an order

The customer places the order. It appears as a new order, with a sound and a pop-up.
You accept it. It moves to preparing and gets its invoice number.
You mark it ready, assign a delivery guy, or book a courier.
It is delivered, or collected by the customer.

Along the way you can change the order, move its slot, fix its address, cancel it, and settle refunds or extra amounts. See Order statuses for every status.

Who can do what

The shop owner and Shop Managers work with orders. A manager assigned to some locations sees only those locations' orders. Pickers see the order page with picking tools. Money buttons (refunds and balances) are for the owner and managers.
