Delivered orders paid by cash or card on delivery, per driver and day, to check what was collected.
Use this report to check the cash and card payments your drivers collected. It lists delivered orders by the time they were delivered.
Open Reports › Delivery collections. The page title is Delivery Collections.
If your shop uses payment terminals, a Payment Terminal Numbers filter is shown as well. Shops with several locations also have Fulfilment location.

| Delivery Boy | The driver who accepted the delivery |
| Total Amount | The order total, including tax and delivery |
| Payment Mode | How the order was paid |
| COD Amount | Cash collected on delivery |
| CAOD Amount | Card payment collected on delivery |
| Date, Delivered Time | Delivery day and time, on your shop's clock |
| Payment Terminal | The terminal used. Only when your shop uses payment terminals |
Only delivered orders are listed. An order still out for delivery is not in the report yet.
This report shows what each order should have brought in. The Delivery › Delivery Collections page is where you record the money a driver actually handed over. Compare the two to find a shortfall. See Collections.
The report does not record or move any money.
Csv downloads every matching order. The file is named "Delivery Collection Report - " followed by the date range. In the CSV, Payment Mode is the stored code, for example COD.
