Shop owner
A delivery zone is an area on the map. At checkout the customer's address picks the zone, and the zone can set its own delivery charge, time slots and express option.
The menu item is called Delivery Locations. The page title is Delivery zones.
Status panels. How charges are decided, whether addresses outside every zone can order, and what share of delivery orders in the last 30 days matched a zone.
Zone cards. Each card shows the zone type (Drawn area or Google place), its charge, its time slots, an express badge when the zone overrides the shop setting, and its orders in the last 30 days. Use Edit or Delete.
Drawn zones also appear on the Your drawn areas map. Select an area to edit it.
How a zone changes an order
Zone setting
Effect on addresses inside the zone
Own delivery charge
Replaces the distance-based charge. Applies while Delivery Charge Type is Dynamic
Delivery time slots
Customers see this slot group instead of the default group
Express delivery
Always offer here or Never offer here overrides the shop setting
Addresses in no zone get your usual delivery settings. They can order unless Only accept orders inside my delivery area is on.
Zone limits
Your plan can limit the number of delivery zones. When you reach it, saving a new zone shows a message that starts "Your plan allows".
Deleting a zone
Delete asks: "Delete the zone ":name"? Addresses in it will get your usual delivery settings." Orders already placed are not changed.
The warning above the list
"Your delivery zones cannot match any address yet" means no zone can be matched right now. Until it is fixed, every address is accepted and no zone charge or slot applies. See Troubleshooting.
