The app shows the same catalogue as the rest of your shop. You do not publish anything to the app separately: a product, price or stock change in the panel is what the app reads next.
What customers can browse
| In the app | Comes from |
|---|
| Categories and sub-categories | Catalogue › categories. See Categories |
| Products of a category, and the full product list | Your active products. See Products list |
| Offers | Active products that have an offer. See Product prices and offers |
| Search, with suggestions while typing | Product names in your catalogue |

| Related products | Other active products of the same category, picked at random |
| Alternatives | The alternative products set on the product, when they are in stock |
| Star ratings and reviews | See Orders, returns and reviews |
| Banners | The active slides under Shop › Sliders. See Sliders |
| Opening hours | Your shop's operating times |
Browsing needs no account, unless the platform built your app to require sign-in first. Ask support if you want that changed.
Wishlist
A signed-in customer can save products to a wishlist, see the list for your shop, and remove products from it. The wishlist has no setting and no panel page. It needs an account, so a visitor must sign in first.
Back-in-stock alerts
On a sold-out product, a signed-in customer can ask to be told when it is back. In the app they can also see their open requests and cancel one.
| What | Where you control it |
|---|
| Whether customers can ask at all | The switch on Marketing Tools › Back in stock. It needs stock tracking |
| How the alert is sent | The channels on the same page. App notification reaches customers of your app |
| Who is waiting for what | Back in stock requests |
With alerts off, the app answers "Back-in-stock alerts are not available at this shop."
Set-up and the rules for who is alerted first are in Back in stock.
Messages the app may show
| Message | Cause |
|---|
| "This product is not available at this shop." | The product no longer exists |
| "Your account cannot request alerts at this shop." | The customer is deactivated or still waiting for your approval |
