Order statuses

The badge at the top of the order page names the order's status. The Order Status filter on the orders list and the dashboard tiles use slightly different names for some of them. Your panel hides the ones your shop does not use.

Badge on the order	In the filter	Meaning	How it gets there
Incomplete Order	Incomplete Orders	A checkout that was not finished, or a draft you started in the panel. Not a real order yet	The customer left checkout, or you selected New
Order Placed	New	Waiting for you	The customer placed it, or you selected move to orders
Paid	Not listed	A UPI or GCash order whose customer said on the payment page that they paid. The panel has not checked the money	The customer confirmed the payment
Picked by Picker	Not listed	A picker is collecting the items. The dashboard tile is Processing by Picker	A picker selected Pick Order
Preparing Order	Preparing Order	You accepted it. It has an invoice number	Accept Order, auto accept, or all items picked
Modified, Awaiting Approval	Not listed	You sent changes for the customer to approve	Ask the customer first on the change page
Delivery Guy Assigned	Delivery Guy Assigned	A delivery guy accepted the order in the delivery app	The delivery guy accepted it
Order Picked Up, or Shipped when a courier has the parcel	Order Picked Up, Shipped or both, by how your shop delivers	On its way	The delivery guy picked it up, or the courier collected the parcel

Other badges on an order

Badge	Meaning
Modified order	The order was changed after it was placed
Express Delivery	The customer chose express delivery
Order Not Ready	An accepted order that can still be marked ready
New Customer	The customer's first order with you
Another Order Placed	On an incomplete order: the same customer placed another order in the 24 hours after it
Delivery by	The delivery guy who has the order

What you can do in each status

• Accept: Order Placed and Paid orders. See Accept an order.
• Modify: new orders always. With Enable Order Modification before Delivery on, also until delivery and for a set number of hours after it. See Modify an order.
• Cancel: until the status chosen in Order Cancel Before. Incomplete orders, orders awaiting the customer's approval and orders a picker is working on can always be cancelled. See Cancel an order.
• Return: Delivered orders, when returns are on. See Returns overview.
