Start and end
Field
Rule
Starts
The rule applies from this moment. Empty means from now
Ends
The rule stops at this moment. Empty means no end. It must be after Starts
You do not need to change the status at either moment. An active rule waits for its start and stops at its end by itself. The list shows both under Window.
For a Flash sale, the online store shows a countdown to Ends.
Weekdays
Under Only on these days (none ticked = every day), tick the days the rule runs.
Happy hours
Under Only between (happy hours; empty = all day) there are two rows of From and To. Fill one or both to limit the rule to those hours. Fill both fields of a row; a half-filled row is refused.
A window past midnight, such as 22:00 to 02:00, belongs to the day it starts. With only Friday ticked, that window runs Friday 22:00 to Saturday 02:00.
How the parts work together
All parts must be true at once: the moment is inside the start and end, the day is ticked, and the time is inside a window.
Example
Settings
A weekend sale
Starts Friday evening, Ends Sunday night
Every Tuesday
Tick Tuesday, leave the rest empty
Lunch offer on weekdays
Tick Monday to Friday, one window 12:00 to 14:00
What the schedule looks at
The schedule looks at the time the order is placed, not the delivery time. To reward a delivery time, use a Pickup or slot offer.
An order placed during the window keeps its discount when it is edited after the window has closed.
The preview
The Preview repeats your schedule in words, ending with "(your shop's time)". Check it before saving.
