Give accepted orders to one of your delivery guys from the orders list, or change him.
You assign delivery guys from the orders list, for one order or many. The panel calls them delivery agents in some places and delivery guys in others; they are the same people.
Open Orders. To see only orders nobody has, select Delivery Assigned to › Not Assigned.
Tick the box on each order card.
In Bulk Actions, choose Assign Delivery Agent.
In Select Delivery Agent, choose the delivery guy.
The order card now shows Assigned to with his name, and the order page shows Delivery agent. The delivery guy is told about the order in the delivery app. Demo orders send nothing.
Repeat the steps and choose another name while the order is still Preparing Order.
Select Delivery Assigned to and his name. From this view you can also print a movement report.
