Work through the reviews waiting for you, check their photos, and reply in public.
Customers rate and review the products of their delivered orders in the app and on your website. Published reviews show on the product page with the average rating.
A number beside Reviews in the Catalogue menu shows how many reviews are waiting for you.
Each review shows its stars, status, a Verified purchase badge where it applies, the title and text, the product and variant, a link to the order, and whether the customer edited it. Select a photo to open it full size.
A waiting review also shows why it was held back:

A rejected review is not shown to anyone. You can publish a rejected review later, and reject a published one.
If the page says Reviews are off., customers cannot write reviews and none are shown. Turn them on in Review settings.
