Work through the launch checklist, then go live or finish and come back later.
The last step lists everything that must be true before customers can order. Each row links to the screen that completes it.
Rows with a green tick are done. Select Open on any other row to go to its screen. Rows tagged optional do not block going live.
The counter at the top shows how many required rows are done. See Launch checklist for what each row needs.
Go live is greyed out; its tooltip says "Finish the required rows first." Open each required row without a tick. The line under the buttons names them.
"Remove the demo data before going live." Your shop still holds a demo store. Select the Remove demo data link beside the message. See Remove the demo data.
"Go live opens once your online store is enabled." Your shop has no online store yet. Finish Step 5, or ask support if that step says the platform enables it for you.
After Finish you see "Setup wizard closed. Before you can go live, finish: …". Setup is closed but required rows are open. The dashboard card keeps the list.
"The launch checklist is not available on this platform yet." You can still finish setup. Ask support how your store is opened.
