Switch on and word the SMS a customer gets at each step of an order.
This tab holds seven order events. Each has a switch and its own message to the customer who placed the order. All seven start off.

The asterisks are sent as typed. Remove them if you do not want them.
MSG91 delivers only templates registered for DLT. For each event you switch on:
The customer receives the registered template. The Template and Arabic text are not sent on this route.
On this route the template is picked by the order's status, not by the event. A modified order uses the modification Template ID only while the order is still new. After you accept it, the accepted event's ID is used.
Every other provider and country sends the Template text itself and ignores Template ID.
Demo orders send no SMS.
