Every button in the Actions card, what it does and when it appears.
The Actions card at the top of the order page shows only the buttons that fit the order's status and your shop's features. On a phone, select Actions in the bar at the bottom to jump to it.

| KOT | Prints the kitchen order ticket | Always |
| Invoice | Opens the invoice | After the order is accepted |
| Packing Slip | Opens the packing slip | After acceptance, when support has enabled packing slips for your shop |
| Chat | Opens WhatsApp with a greeting to the customer's number. Nothing is sent until you press send in WhatsApp | Always |
| Call | Starts a phone call to the customer on your device | Always |
| Share tracking | Copies or sends the customer's tracking link. See Share tracking | Delivery orders, when the shipping feature is enabled for your shop |
| Create return | Starts a return. See Create a return | Delivered orders, when returns are enabled |
| Modify Order | Opens the change page. See Modify an order | While the order may be changed |
| Continue Editing Order | Opens the change page of a draft | Incomplete orders |
| Send Order Modified Message | Opens WhatsApp with a message asking the customer to confirm the changes | Orders waiting for the customer's approval |
| Accept Order | Accepts the order. Reads Accept Order & Collect Payment for a saved-card order. See Accept an order | New orders |
| Confirm And Accept | Accepts with a payment mode or ready time. See Confirm and accept | New orders that need one |
| Request Payment | Sends the customer a payment request. See Confirm and accept | UPI and GCash orders not yet accepted |

Activity log, in the card's title row, opens the shop activity log filtered to this order.

| Already Picked by Another Picker | Not a button. Another picker has the order |
| Modify Order | Opens the change page for the order you are picking, when order modification is on |
