Change prices, offers, stock and more for many products in one grid, without a file.
The bulk edit grid lists your products as cards of editable cells. Only the products you changed are saved.
On Catalogue › Products, select Actions › Bulk edit prices & stock. With stock tracking off it is named Bulk edit prices.
Filter By offers the same statuses as the products list.
By Category shows one category.
Search with item name finds products by name.
More products load as you scroll.

| Selling Price | The price customers pay |
| Default Price | The crossed-out mark price. Leave empty for no discount |
| Cost price | Simple products only, with cost tracking on, for roles that may see costs |
| Offer Starts At, Offer Ends At | The offer period. The start must be before the end |
| Stock Status | In Stock or Out Of Stock |
| Enable Stock?, Stock Quantity, Stock Alert Quantity | Shown when stock tracking is on. With more than one location there is one quantity box per location and a total |
| Is Active?, Is Offer? | The Active and On offer switches |
| Label | The product's country of origin |
| Unit, Unit Value, Unit Label | As in Units, codes and selling by weight |
| Sort Index | The product's position; lower comes first |
| Weight | Shown when the shipping feature is on for your shop |
| Google product category, Condition, Hide from Google | Shown with sales channels. An empty category inherits from the product's category |
| Is Partner Commission?, Partner Commission | Shown when partner commission is enabled |
With stock tracking on, beside Update, choose a reason under If you lower the stock, why? and add a Note. It is recorded for every quantity you lowered in this save. If your shop requires a reason, products whose stock went down without one are listed as failed.
