Change a price or stock quantity from the list
Update one product's price or stock without opening it.

Update one product's price or stock without opening it.
On the products list you can change the two figures that change most often, the price and the stock quantity, straight on the product card.
On a product card, select the price, or the stock figure ending in in stock. It turns into a small number box.
Enter a number of 0 or more.
Select the tick to save, or the cross to cancel. The card updates at once, and the Out of stock badge follows the new quantity.
| Situation | What to do instead |
|---|---|
| The product has variants | Each variant has its own price and stock. Open the product and use the Variants tab |
| Your shop keeps stock at more than one location | The figure on the card is the total of all locations. Open the product and change it per location |
| Stock tracking is off | No stock figure is shown. See Turn on stock tracking |
| You lower the stock and your shop asks for a reason | Open the product, where you can choose the reason. See Stock control settings |
Every stock change made here is written to the stock history with the reason Edited in the panel.
