Start the editor from the panel with Customize, and what to do when a link has expired.
The editor, named Studio on screen, is where you design your website. You always enter it from the panel. It has no sign-in page of its own.
Open Shop › Online Store and select Customize in the page header. The same button is on the What is published card. On the Themes tab, Open in the studio on the theme in use does the same.
A page reading "Opening the design studio for …" appears briefly. If it stays, select Open the design studio.
The first time in a browser, or after you worked on another store, the editor asks "Open the editor for …?" with your store's name.
"You will be signed in to Studio for this store. Continue only if you opened Customize from your own shop panel."
Select Open editor. Back to shop panel returns without opening it.
The editor opens on the home page of your draft. See Editor layout.
The editor opens in the language of your panel, English or Arabic. You can switch it inside the editor. In Arabic, the field labels of theme and section settings stay in English.
The editor is made for a computer screen, in a window 1024 px wide or more.
With Customize you can edit and save the draft. Publishing needs the Publish permission as well. See Who can use Online Store and the editor.
The editor has no exit button. Close the tab, or go back to the panel tab. Your edits are saved to the draft automatically. See Drafts and saving.
The link behind Customize works once and for a short time. The editor's address on its own shows a card titled Studio: "Customize your online store — open Studio from the Online Store → Customize button in your shop panel."
