Copy ready-made categories and products, with names, photos and details, into your shop by ticking them.
The platform keeps a catalogue of common products. You pick a category, tick the products you sell, set your prices and import them. No file is needed.
On Catalogue › Products, select Actions › Import from catalogue. The same page opens from Categories › Tools › Add from the ready-made catalogue.
A category with levels below it shows Sub-categories; a category with products shows Choose products. After a search, a third button opens only the products matching your search.
On the products page, the box at the top offers to create a new category with the catalogue category's name, or to import into one of your existing categories.
Tick each product you sell, or select Check All. The search box finds products by name or code.
For each product you can set the price, Unit, Unit Value and Unit Label before importing.
Select IMPORT. The products are added to your shop with their photos.
The products page shows how many more products your plan lets you import. Ticking more than that is refused with Your product limit exceeded. At the limit, the page says your product limit is exceeded and nothing can be ticked; Import from catalogue also disappears from the Actions menu.
Products you have already imported are left out, so you can come back later for more. When nothing is left, the page says Nothing left to import here or Nothing to import right now.
The products page also has an Import By Barcode button. It opens an older tool that matches a CSV of barcodes against your products and the catalogue. See the flexible import in Update products from CSV.
