Messages are quoted as the panel shows them. Three dots stand for a name, a number or the courier's own wording.
Test connection fails
| Message | Meaning and fix |
|---|
| "The courier refused the test: …" | The courier answered with an error; its own words follow. Correct that field, save, test again |
| "Shiprocket rejected the API user login … Check the API user email and password (Shiprocket → Settings → API)." | Use the Shiprocket API user, not your panel login. See Connect Shiprocket |
| "Delhivery rejected the API token … (HTTP 401)" | Wrong token, or a token for the other Environment. See Connect Delhivery |
| "DHL Express rejected the API key / secret …" | Wrong key, secret or Environment. See Connect DHL Express |
| "The … courier account … is not configured: … must be set." | Fill the named fields and save |
| "The courier could not be reached. Try again in a few minutes." (sometimes with an HTTP status) | The courier's system did not answer. Your details may be fine; wait and retry |
| "The test could not run. Try again, or check the courier settings." | An unexpected error. Save the form again and retry; if it repeats, contact support |
Save before testing: the test checks the saved details, not what is typed in the form. For Shiprocket and Aramex a refused login is remembered for 15 minutes; Test connection or saving new credentials clears it.
Tracking, labels and manifests
| Message | Fix |
|---|
| The courier could not be reached … Try again in a few minutes. | A temporary connection problem |
| … has no tracking API: update this shipment with the courier. | Mark the parcel by hand |
| … has no label API: print the label from the courier. | Print it in the courier's own panel |
| Not in a manifest: … has no manifest API | Only Shiprocket makes manifests |
| A manifest covers one courier account at a time. | Select parcels of one account |
| Something went wrong while talking to the courier. Nothing was changed here; try again, and check the courier panel if it keeps failing. | Try again. If it repeats, contact support with the order number |
The platform has disabled that courier for every shop. The account page reads "This courier is switched off on this platform: nothing new can be booked with it. Its shipments keep their tracking link." Testing it answers "The … courier is switched off on this platform." You cannot switch it back on: ask support, or ship with another courier or Other courier (manual AWB).
Courier status updates arrive late
Shiprocket and Delhivery push updates only when the status webhook is set up. Otherwise statuses are checked every 30 minutes, as they always are for Aramex and DHL Express. On the courier's page:
- "No token yet: webhooks are refused until you generate one." Select Generate token and give the token to the courier.
- After Generate a new token, the old token stops working. Update it at the courier.
- Webhooks are also refused while the courier account is switched off.
See Couriers.
I lost the webhook token
It is shown once. Select Generate a new token, copy it, and replace the old one at the courier.
I cannot delete a courier
A courier with shipments can only be switched off, so its shipments keep their tracking. The button reads Switch off instead of Delete.
