Pick between looking around a sample store first and going straight to setting up your own.
A new shop is asked How do you want to start? before the first setup step. You can do the other one later, so neither choice is final.

The demo card shows a sample store under Suggested for your store when you answered "What do you sell?" at sign-up, or under For example when you did not.
It opens in place of step 1 when you reach store setup for the first time:
The Start setup button on the dashboard card goes straight to step 1 and counts as choosing your real store.
