Take a phone, WhatsApp or walk-in order by choosing the customer, address and delivery option, then adding products.
Use New on the orders list when a customer orders by phone, on WhatsApp or at the counter. You build the order in three short steps, add the products, then place it.
The page shows one step at a time. The address step appears after you choose a customer, and the delivery step after you choose an address.
For a new customer, select Add New Customer, enter Customer Name and Phone Number (Email Address is optional), and select Create Customer.
Then select Next: Select Address. Change lets you pick another customer.
Choose one of the customer's saved addresses under Select Existing Address.
For a new one, select Add New Address. Find the place with Search Location, then fill in Full Address, House/Flat/Building, Address Tag (Home, Office or Other) and Nearby Landmark. Select Add This Address.
Choose how the order goes out. The options are the ones your shop offers for that address. If the option uses time slots, pick one under Select Delivery Time Slot.

Select Create Order & Add Products. The change page opens with Order created. Please add products to continue.
Select Add products, choose the items, set quantities and charges, and select Save changes. See Modify an order.
For a courier address, save, open the change page again and recalculate shipping.
The order is still a draft, shown as Incomplete Order. On its order page, select move to orders. It becomes a new order, its stock is taken, and you can accept it.
