Which reports download as CSV, which print, the limits on each, and where the file goes.
Most reports can be downloaded as a CSV file. Trends reports can also be printed or saved as a PDF.

The file is created while it downloads and goes straight to your browser's downloads folder. It is not e-mailed, and it is not kept in the panel. To get it again, run the report again.
File names carry the report name and the dates, for example "Order Report - 2026-02-10 to 2026-02-12.csv".

The stock reports have their own allowance of 10 downloads a minute.
When you pass the allowance, the browser shows "Too many downloads. Try again in a minute." Wait and try again.
A detailed report refuses to export when its date range is empty or unreadable, instead of exporting the wrong dates. Pick the dates again and select Filter first.
Files are UTF-8, so Arabic names open correctly in Excel and Google Sheets. A cell that starts with a formula character is written as text, so a customer name can never run as a formula.
The print view is laid out for A4 and contains the summary, the chart data and the tables. If the dialog does not open, select Print / Save as PDF on the page.
