Everything under the Customers menu, and where each customer task is done.
Anyone who signs up on your website or in your app, or places an order, becomes a customer of your shop automatically. The Customers menu is where you find them, reward them, restrict them and answer their data requests.

Only the shop owner has these three under one Customers menu. A Shop Sales Manager has Customers as a single link on the navigation bar. A Shop Manager has Privacy requests and COD & risk as their own links on the bar.
An owner whose package has no customer list still sees Privacy requests on the bar, because answering a data request is a legal duty.
