Write a push notification, choose what it opens and who gets it, and send it to your customers' phones.
A push notification is a short message that appears on the phones of people who have your app. You write it once, and it goes out as soon as you confirm.
Open the Marketing Tools menu and select Send Push Notifications. The page is titled Send push notification.
If translations are on for your shop and it has more than one language, each language has a tab. The first tab is marked (required). The others are optional: a customer gets the language set in their app, and an empty translation falls back to the first tab's text.

The page reloads with Notifications & Alerts Queued. The form is empty again, ready for another message.
The message is handed to a background job that sends it to each device. The panel does not show a delivery report, so "queued" does not prove that every phone received it. Every customer in the audience also gets the message saved to the alerts list of their account, even without a device. App installs that have not signed up get the push only.
Push notifications are not checked against marketing consent or quiet hours, and they go out at once whatever the time. The permission a customer gives on their phone is what counts.
