Enter your seller details exactly as registered, choose how untaxed amounts are reported, and switch e-invoicing on in Phase 1.
After this, new invoices carry the ZATCA QR code and the Arabic tax invoice title. Nothing is sent to ZATCA in Phase 1.
Go to Shop › ZATCA e-invoicing.
Fill in Seller details exactly as registered with ZATCA. They are printed on every tax invoice and sent in every e-invoice.

Set Environment to Simulation and leave Phase on Phase 1 — generation (QR code). Phase 2 is refused until a production onboarding is complete.
Three tick boxes are optional:
Under Amounts your shop does not tax (required before switching on), choose one. On a page that was never saved, the first choice is already selected, so check it before you save.

| Report them at 0%… | They are reported at 0%. The form warns that ZATCA may reject a mixed invoice without an exemption reason |
Choose what is true for your shop. If you are unsure, ask your tax adviser.
Tick Switch ZATCA e-invoicing on and select Save. The page confirms "ZATCA settings saved."
