The dashboard and menus of the Manager role, and the condition behind each menu item.
The Manager role runs day-to-day operations. The menu below shows the areas the role works in. See Staff roles.
A manager lands on their own dashboard after sign-in. It shows the new orders waiting to be accepted and the orders already in progress, the same order panels as on the owner's dashboard. A shop with several locations also shows the location tiles.
A manager who is assigned to certain locations sees only the orders of those locations. See Staff and riders per location.
The top navigation bar shows these items once the shop is approved.

| Gift cards | Gift cards are switched on, or cards are already issued |

| COD & risk | Cash or card on delivery is an active payment method, or COD checks are already recorded |

| Features | Always, read-only. The page says "Only the shop owner can turn features on or off." |
| Customer insights | The shop's package includes reports. Holds Where customers want delivery, What customers search for and Customer lifecycle |
| Reports | The shop's package includes reports. See Who can see reports |
| Online Store | The online store is on for the shop and the owner gave this manager access to it. See Who can use Online Store and the editor |
| Shipping | The shop ships by courier. Holds Shipments, COD remittances and Shipping zones & rates, each only when in use |
| Plan & billing | The platform sells plans. Read-only for a manager; shown even before the shop is approved |
These are not in the manager's menu: Customers, Catalogue, Delivery, Marketing Tools and the owner's Shop menu with Managers and Settings.
Some actions are refused for a manager whatever the menu shows:
A manager does not see the button that creates a new order on the orders list unless the owner allows it. The switch is Show "Create New Order" button for Shop Manager under Shop › Settings › Permissions. See Permissions settings.
The same tab decides whether a manager may change prices while modifying an order.
