Every card on the page, from your plan and usage to add-ons and transactions.
Plan & billing holds your plan, usage, add-ons, invoices and payments. It stays open after a plan ends, so you can always pay.

Two more blocks appear only when they apply: a pending-payment notice at the top, and a free-trial card above Plans when the platform offers your shop a trial. See Pay and pending payments and Free trial.
If your platform requires a plan before setup, a new shop sees no Your plan, Usage, Add-ons or Transactions card yet. A notice reads "Choose a plan to start setting up your store."
A Shop Manager gets no buttons. If the page reads Billing isn't set up for this shop yet, see the overview.

| Free trial | A trial is running |
| Payment overdue | An invoice is unpaid. The card gives the access-until date |
| Ending | You cancelled. The plan runs to the date shown |
| Waiting for payment | A first payment is not confirmed yet |
| Complimentary | Nothing to pay. Support or your partner changes it |
| Custom plan | Arranged for your shop, changed the same way |
| Expired | The plan has ended |
| Suspended | Contact support |
| No plan | None chosen |
Facts. What happens next, such as "Renews on" a date, plus any scheduled change and your billing country.
Details. Billing (Monthly or Annual), Started, the next date (Next renewal, Period ends, Ends or Access until) and Auto-renew.
Actions, for the owner only: Pay now with the amount, Resume my plan, Switch to annual, Turn off auto-renew or Turn on auto-renew, and Cancel plan.
Dates are in your shop's timezone.

The bar turns amber at 75% and red at 90% or over. See Locked features and limits for what happens at a limit.
If billing cannot be reached, the page keeps the last plan it knows and reads "We can't reach billing right now. Your plan is not affected — please try again in a moment." Select Try again under Plans.
