The Payment Gateways tab must be available to you, and your platform must allow this gateway for your shop. Ask support if the Payment Gateways tab or a gateway is missing.

GCash here is an offline method. The customer sends the money to your GCash number themselves, and your staff check it arrived before accepting the order. The platform does not connect to GCash and cannot see the transfer.

The Gcash connection card with the Phone Number field

Save your GCash number
Go to Shop › Settings › Payment Gateways, unfold the Gcash card and fill in Phone Number. It is the only field and it is required.
Switch it on and save
Add GCASH to the Payment Gateways list and select Save Settings.

The card has no sandbox mode. Once the number is saved it reads Live.

Handling a GCash order

The order arrives in Orders.
On the order page, use Request Payment to send the customer the payment request, With WhatsApp or Without WhatsApp.
Check your GCash account for the money.
Accept the order and choose GCASH under Payment Mod.

The order page reminds you: "Make sure you have received payment before confirming."

Refunds

Send the money back from your GCash account yourself, then record it on the order. See Refunds by payment method.
