Shop owner
Most shops never see Branch Profile or Shop Theme Settings in the Shop menu. Each one appears only after platform staff set something up for your shop. If you do not see them, there is nothing to do.
Branch Profile
When it appears: platform staff have linked your shop and at least one other shop to the same web app, so that each shop is a branch of it. Shops on the lite, DM and free packages do not get it.
Open Shop › Branch Profile. The page is titled Update Branch Profile.
Field
What to enter
Branch Name
The name of this branch. Required.
Slug
A short address-style name for the branch, written like "branch-url-like-this". Required.
Banner
An image for the branch. The page asks for a banner of 360x255. Required the first time; later you can leave it empty to keep the saved banner.
Select Update. The page confirms with "Branch Profile updated successfully."
Each shop has one branch profile. It is created empty the first time you open the page.
Shop Theme Settings
When it appears: platform staff have assigned a theme to your shop. The theme choice itself is not a setting you can change.
Open Shop › Shop Theme Settings. The page loads a form built from the theme's own list of options, so the fields differ from one theme to another. The form is filled with your shop's current values.
Change the values you need and submit the form.
On success you see "Theme settings have been updated successfully."
If the save fails you see "Error updating theme: …" with the reason. Try again; if it keeps failing, send the message to support.
The form is loaded from a separate service. If the page stays empty, reload it. If it is still empty, tell support.
