Change quantities and prices, add or remove products, edit charges, then save now or ask the customer first.
Use the change page when an item is out of stock, the customer calls to add something, or a weighed item came out heavier.

Two kinds of order are never changed: a gift-card sale (cancel it instead), and an order whose courier shipment is already booked (cancel the shipment first).
On the order page, select Modify Order. The page is titled Change order with the order number.
In Products, use the minus and plus buttons or type a new Qty. Change the Price of a line if needed. The bin removes a line.
Select Add products, then search by name or barcode, or open a category. Tap a product to add it and select Done. Set its quantity in the table afterwards.
The order must keep at least one product.
The order's status becomes Modified, Awaiting Approval, and the customer gets the request by app notification and e-mail. While you wait:
When the customer approves, the order returns to Order Placed and your new-order alert shows Modification confirmed. Accept it again.
Under Shop › Settings › Permissions, Can modify price on order modification only by shop admin makes the price boxes read-only for everyone but the owner. Staff see the tip Only the shop admin can change prices. A second setting, Can add products on order modification only by shop admin, controls Add products for staff.
