What the customer app is, how your shop gets one, what the platform sets up for you, and where to put your app store links.
The customer app is an iOS and Android app for your shop alone. Customers browse your catalogue, order, pay and follow their orders in it. It reads the same products, prices, delivery rules and payment methods as the rest of your shop, so there is no second catalogue to keep.
Open Shop › Add-ons and add Customer app (iOS + Android). It is offered to shops on annual billing; on monthly billing the row shows "Available with annual billing". See Add-ons.
There is no build button in your panel. The platform team creates the app, builds it and publishes it. Contact support after you buy the add-on to start.
When the app is published, save its store links in your settings. See below.
If your shop is not billed through a plan, ask support how to get the app.
Ask support for any of these. None of them has a field in your panel.

Android App Url: the Google Play link of your app.
IOS App Url: the App Store link of your app.
Select Save Settings.
Your website shows a link only when it is a full https address on play.google.com for Android, or on apps.apple.com or itunes.apple.com for iOS. Any other address is ignored.
The General Settings tab is hidden on the Lite package.
