Who can use this
Shop owner, Shop Marketing Manager
A customer who starts checkout on your website, enters a phone number or e-mail address and leaves has an abandoned cart. This page lists those checkouts, sends reminders when you switch them on, and counts the orders that came back.
What is on the page
The settings, on the left: the Before reminders can go out checklist and the reminder form. See Set up abandoned-cart reminders.
Results, for the Last 7 days or Last 30 days.
Latest checkouts, the 50 most recent, in your shop's time zone.

Figure
What it counts
Abandoned checkouts
Checkouts left with a phone number or e-mail address
Reminded
Carts that had at least one reminder sent
Recovered orders
Delivered orders placed from a cart after at least one reminder reached the customer. Orders placed but not delivered yet are shown underneath as "+ N not delivered yet"
Revenue recovered
The current total of those delivered orders, with refunds taken off when your shop records refunds. Cancelled orders are not counted
Recovery rate
A percentage, or a dash when there is none
Under the figures, a table splits the reminders by channel and by Reminder 1 and Reminder 2: Sent, Not delivered, Recovered orders and Revenue. Until a reminder goes out it reads "No reminders sent in this period yet."
Days are your shop's calendar days. Carts are kept for 30 days; recovered orders are kept for longer.

Who sees it
Shop owner: the full page, and the only role that can save the settings.
Shop Marketing Manager: the same page read-only, with the note "You can see these settings and results; only the shop owner can change them." Their Abandoned carts link sits directly on the top bar.
The menu link appears when your plan includes abandoned-cart recovery, or once your shop has sent cart reminders.
If your plan does not include it
The page shows only Win back customers who left their cart and the line "Abandoned-cart recovery is not included in your plan. Upgrade your plan (Plan & billing) to use it." Where billing is available, the shop owner also sees See plans.
