Import a courier remittance report

Upload your courier's COD remittance report as CSV, check every row against your parcels, then record the payouts.

Before you start

Courier shipping must be on for your shop (turn on Courier shipping under Shop › Features, or ask support if that page says to contact support). You need the courier's remittance report saved as a CSV file.

Who can use this

Shop owner, Shop Manager

An import records many parcels at once and takes the reference, date, amount and fees from the courier's own report. Like every remittance, it moves no money.

Prepare the file

Download the COD remittance report from your courier's panel and save it as CSV. The import page gives two examples: Shiprocket under Billing, COD Remittance, and Delhivery under Payments.

Go to Delivery › COD remittances and select Import courier report. 1. Choose the file, then select Upload and preview. Nothing is recorded yet.

Map the columns

Under Columns, say which column of the file holds what. The panel guesses from the column names; correct it where needed.

Read the checks

The Rows table matches each row to your shipments by AWB and gives it a check. It shows the first 500 rows; all rows are counted in the tiles above.

Import
Payouts to record lists one payout per courier and reference, with its parcels, expected amount, amount in the report, fees and difference. Select the Import button, which names the number of payouts and parcels.

The COD remittances page then reports how many payouts and parcels were imported and how many rows were skipped. A payout that could not be saved is listed under Not imported:; the others are still recorded.

Good to know

Dates are read day first, for example 31/01/2026 or 31 Jan 2026. A date in the future is unreadable.
When rows of one payout carry different dates, the latest is used.
The upload is kept for two hours and only for the person who uploaded it. After that you see That upload has expired: upload the file again.
A manager limited to some locations cannot import, because a courier report covers every location. The owner or a manager of all locations does it.
To reverse an imported payout, undo it.
