There are two kinds of zone. A drawn area follows the exact boundary you click. A Google place is a neighbourhood, district or city picked by name.

Start a zone
Go to Delivery › Delivery Locations. Select Draw an area or Add a Google place.
Set the area
1. Drawn area. Search a neighbourhood to move the map, select Draw area, then click each corner. Close the shape by clicking the first point or double-clicking. Drag the white corners to adjust.
Google place. Type in Search for an area, e.g. Dubai Marina and choose a suggestion. Pick an area, not a street or building.
Name the zone
1. Enter Zone name. Only you and your team see it.
Set the charge
1. Switch on Own delivery charge and enter an amount. Enter 0 for free delivery. Leave it off and orders here pay your usual delivery charge.
Choose time slots
1. Under Delivery time slots, keep Use my default time slots or choose another slot group.
Choose express
1. Under Express delivery, choose Same as the shop, Always offer here or Never offer here.
Save

Things to know

A customer matches a Google place when their address is inside that place. For an exact boundary, or an area Google does not name, draw it.
A zone with no area drawn never matches. Its card says "No area drawn: this zone never matches. Edit it to draw one."
The same Google place cannot be added twice. The form answers "Place already exist."
If you try to save a Google place without picking a suggestion, the form says "Choose a place from the suggestions before saving."
