Who can use this
Shop owner, Shop Manager, Shop Marketing Manager
A saved segment becomes a customer group. The page says push notifications and discount rules can target it. The owner, Shop Managers and the Shop Marketing Manager can save one.
In the segment's row, tick Refresh daily (1) if the group should follow the segment every day. You can change this later.
Save
Select Save as customer group (2). The page answers "Customer group "…" saved with … customers." The row then shows "Saved as "…"".
The group is named after the segment, for example "Segment: Champions". If a location filter is on when you save, the group covers that location only and its name ends with the location.
Who is put in the group
Customers in that segment who are in your customer list and not removed from it.
Membership is worked out at the moment you save or refresh. The count can differ a little from the table, which is refreshed every 10 minutes.
Keep it up to date
Once a segment is saved, its button reads Update group. Selecting it works out the members again.
Saved groups are also listed in Saved segment groups, with their Segment, Customers and Last refreshed time.

Control
What it does
1. Refresh daily: On / Off
Select the button to switch the daily refresh. The page answers "Daily refresh switched on for "…"." or "… switched off …"
2. Refresh now
Works out the members now. The page answers "Customer group "…" refreshed: … customers."
"Daily refresh runs early every morning. A group saved for some locations is refreshed for those locations only."
If a refresh is refused
"This group was saved for locations that have changed since. Save the segment again to replace it."
A group is refreshed for the locations of the person who saved it. The message appears when those locations have changed, for example when that person was moved to other locations. The daily refresh skips such a group too. Save the segment again from RFM segments.
A manager limited to some locations sees and refreshes only the groups saved for those locations.
