Record how a customer paid, set the ready time for a pickup, and accept the order in one step.
Some new orders show Confirm And Accept instead of Accept Order. You fill in a short form, and the order is accepted when you submit it.
You see it in two cases:
For a UPI or GCash order, the Actions card starts with the warning Make sure you have received payment before confirming. and a Payment link: you can copy.
Select Request Payment, then:
Requesting payment does not change the order's status. If the customer confirms on the payment page that they paid, the status becomes Paid.
Select Confirm And Accept. The Confirm And Accept Order dialog opens.
In Payment Mod, choose how the customer paid. The list holds the payment methods your shop offers.
Add anything useful in Payment Notes, such as a transfer reference.
These two fields appear only for UPI and GCash orders.
For a self pickup, choose Expected Ready Time, from 10 minutes to 3 hours. The order page then shows it as Expected ready.
