Where ratings and reviews appear, who can write one, and how customers add photos and manage their reviews.
With reviews on, customers who received a product can rate it, and everyone sees the published reviews on the product page.

A product with no reviews reads "No reviews yet."
The reviewer's first name and last initial are shown with the review.
Only a customer who bought the product, after the order is delivered, and within your review period. There are two ways in:
A guest who opens the order page without the review link reads "Check your email for a link to review your order."
The form asks for "Your rating" from 1 to 5 stars, an optional title and the review text.
Photos can be added when photo reviews are part of your plan: JPG, PNG or WebP, up to 5 MB each. Photos already published stay visible if your plan changes.
After sending, the customer reads "Thank you! Your review has been sent and will appear once it is approved."
Under Reviews in the account, titled "My reviews", a customer sees each review with its status:

A customer can edit or delete a review while it can still be edited. An edited review is checked again before it is published.
