Every field of the earlier WhatsApp settings tab, and why it turns read-only.
WhatsApp Order Settings is the earlier place for the WhatsApp gateway and the four order-update texts. The Shop › WhatsApp page has replaced it. Set up new connections there; see Connect WhatsApp.

In the second case a notice at the top reads "WhatsApp messages are now managed on the WhatsApp page; the gateway and messages below are no longer used." with a link, Open the WhatsApp page. Saving other settings leaves the old values untouched.

Select Save Settings at the bottom of the page to save.
