Before you start
Courier shipping must be on for your shop (turn on Courier shipping under Shop › Features, or ask support if that page says to contact support). The menu link shows once Delivery Area is By Shipping Zones or the shop already has shipments.

Who can use this
Shop owner, Shop Manager
Delivery › Shipments lists every parcel booked with a courier. Managers find it under Shipping › Shipments. New shipments are booked from the order page. Staff limited to some locations see only those locations' parcels.

What it does

Date range
Today, 7 days, 30 days (the default), 90 days, This month, Last month, or two dates and Apply (up to one year). It filters by booking date

Chips
All, then No AWB, COD awaiting remittance, COD remitted and one chip per status, each shown with its count when it has parcels

AWB or order number
Finds an exact AWB or order number. Select Filter

Any courier
One courier account, or Manual (no account)

Download CSV
Exports the filtered parcels, up to 20,000 rows, with their weight, cost, tracking URL and COD remittance
Clear filters keeps the date range and removes the rest.

COD
Amount to collect, then Awaiting with the days since delivery, or Remitted with the payout reference
Icons at the end of a row open the courier's tracking page and the label, when the parcel has them. The list shows 50 parcels; Load older shows the next 50.
Bulk bar
Tick parcels, or Select all, in the bar above the list (6). The bar says Up to 50 at a time. Its buttons are Print labels and Generate / print manifest (Labels and manifests), Refresh tracking (Tracking updates) and Record remittance (Record a COD remittance).
