Take card payments through Checkout.com, on its payment page or directly on your checkout page.
Checkout.com takes card payments in your shop's currency. The card is labelled Checkout.
Go to Shop › Settings › Payment Gateways and select the Checkout card to unfold it.

The card shows one webhook address. Add it in the Checkout.com dashboard under Developers › Webhooks for the events payment_approved, payment_captured, payment_declined, payment_expired and payment_canceled. Save its signature key in Webhook signature key. Without the key, a webhook only prompts the platform to re-check the payment with Checkout.com.
Add CHECKOUT to the Payment Gateways list at the top of the tab, then select Save Settings. The card shows Switched on.
The Is Sandbox Mode switch decides. On means the provider's test environment; off means live.
Connect with test credentials first, so the card reads Sandbox. Place a test order, choose this method and pay with a test payment from the provider's own documentation. Check that the order arrives in Orders. Then enter your live credentials, switch Is Sandbox Mode off and confirm the pill reads Live.
Pay on the checkout page needs Public key, Base URL prefix and Processing channel ID. Until they are filled, the card warns that customers are still sent to the Checkout.com payment page.
Under Apple Pay on your website domains the card lists each domain as Registered, Enrol in the dashboard or Failed. Domains are enrolled automatically after you save. Add a domain marked Enrol in the dashboard yourself, under Settings › Apple Pay in the Checkout.com dashboard. A failed one is tried again the next time you save.
