Turn product reviews on, choose whether they publish by themselves, and ask customers for a review after delivery.
On Catalogue › Reviews, select Review settings to open the settings panel above the reviews. The owner and Shop Managers can change it; a Shop Product Manager can moderate reviews but does not see this button.

| 1. Accept and show product reviews | The main switch. When off, customers cannot write reviews and none are shown |
| 2. Publishing | Publish at once unless something needs a look (recommended), or I check every review before it is published |
| 3. Review period (days after delivery) | How long after delivery a customer can review the order's products. Between 1 and 365 days |
| 4. Ask customers for a review after delivery | Sends one push notification and one e-mail per order, with a link to review it. Never sent twice for the same order |
| 5. Days after delivery | How long to wait before that request goes out. Between 0 and 30 days |
Select Save settings.
Whatever you choose under Publishing, a review with photos, links, contact details or offensive words is held until you publish it. See Publish, reject and answer reviews.
If your plan does not include them, a warning under the request switch says: "Photo reviews and automatic review requests are not included in your plan: no requests are sent and customers cannot add photos. Upgrade your plan (Plan & billing) to use them." Text reviews keep working.
