Self pickup

Let customers collect their order from your shop, set the hours, and choose which stores they can collect from.

Who can use this

Shop owner

With self pickup on, customers can choose to collect instead of having the order delivered. Pickup orders pay no delivery charge.

Open the block
Go to Shop › Settings › Delivery Settings and find Self Pickup.
Switch it on
1. Switch on Enable Self Pickup.
Set the hours
1. Self Pickup Start Time and Self Pickup End Time set when pickup is available. The defaults are 00:00 and 23:59.
Name it
1. Self Pickup Title is the name customers see. The default is "Collect yourself from shop". The title can be translated.
Save
Select Save Settings.

Choose the stores customers collect from

A shop with several locations chooses which ones offer pickup.

Customers choose one of the ticked stores at checkout. If none is ticked, orders are collected from your default location.

The minimum order applies to pickup orders too.
A pickup order is not assigned to a delivery agent.
While Enable Order Time Limit is on, pickup is available only inside that time window.
A location's own closed dates stop pickups there on those days.
Your pickup stores can be listed on your website with the store locator.
