Before you start
Saving needs the Customize permission. A vendor needs both its pixel id in the Analytics card and its token here. Turn on Online store in Shop › Features. If you do not see it there, ask support.

Who can use this
Shop owner, Shop Marketing Manager
With a token saved, each order is also reported from the platform's servers. This survives ad blockers and Safari's cookie limits. An order is sent to a vendor only when its pixel id and its token are both set, and only with the visitor's consent.
Tokens
Field
Needs this id in the Analytics card
Meta Conversions API access token
Meta pixel id
TikTok Events API access token
TikTok pixel id
GA4 Measurement Protocol API secret
Google tag (G-…)
Snap Conversions API token
Snap pixel id
Create each token in the vendor's own dashboard. Paste it exactly as shown there: 8 to 1,000 characters, no spaces.
A badge shows Set or Not set. Tokens are stored encrypted and are never shown again.
To replace a token, paste the new one. An empty field keeps the saved token.
To stop sending to a vendor, tick Remove this token (stops the server-side events for this vendor) and save.
Testing with Meta
Meta test event code is optional. Take it from Events Manager › Test events, for example TEST12345.
While it applies, Meta shows the events only under Test events, not on your live pixel. On the live site it applies for 24 hours after you save it. The card then says the code is no longer applied. Tick Test for another 24 hours from now to extend it, or clear the field when you are done.
Delivery figures
The tables appear once there is something to show.

What it tells you
Browsing events sent from our servers
Today, Yesterday, Last error
Product views, add to cart and checkout starts sent to Meta, TikTok and Snap, as "N sent · N failed"
Purchases sent from our servers (last 7 days)
Sent, Not sent, Last sent
Orders reported per vendor, including Google Analytics 4
Not sent gives the reason: failed, the shopper did not consent, no Google Analytics cookie in the browser, or order cancelled.
Failures usually mean the token was revoked or belongs to another pixel. Paste a new token.
Google Analytics checks
When you save a Google tag or an API secret and both are set, the panel asks Google to check them. The save is never blocked.
Message
Meaning
"Google Analytics reported a problem with the Google tag or API secret: …"
Purchases sent from the server may not reach GA4. Correct the tag or the secret
"Saved, but we could not reach Google Analytics to check the Google tag and API secret."
Place a test order and look for it in GA4 › Reports › Realtime
