Create a login with the Picker role and know how sign-in behaves in the Picker app.
A picker is an ordinary team member with the Picker role. One login works in the Picker app and on the web panel.
Go to Shop › Managers and select Add.
Fill in Name, Phone, Email and Password. The picker signs in with these.
Select Picker in Roles and save.
Give the picker their e-mail or phone number and the password yourself.
The form and the other roles are described in Add a team member and Staff roles.
Pickers do not count towards the staff accounts of your plan. Giving a picker a second, office role turns the login into a counted staff account.
On a shop with several locations, a picker assigned to chosen locations sees only the orders that go out from those locations, plus any order they already hold. A picker assigned to every location sees all orders. See Staff and riders per location.
The picker enters their e-mail or phone number and their password.

| "Invalid username or password" | Wrong e-mail, phone or password, or the login does not have the Picker role |
| "Picker feature is not enabled for this shop" | The feature is off for your shop, or your plan no longer includes the Picker app. Ask support |
| "Please log in again." | The same login was used on another device afterwards |
On the web panel, a picker of a shop without the feature is signed out again straight after signing in.
When a plan that no longer includes the Picker app takes effect, pickers cannot sign in, open the queue or take new orders. A picker who is still signed in can finish the orders they already took.
