Connecting takes two details from your provider. Once saved, order updates and the other messages you switch on are sent from your business number.
Before you start
In your Libromi dashboard, copy:
the full address messages are sent to, starting with https://;
the API token.
Keep the token private.
Open the WhatsApp page
Go to Shop › WhatsApp. 1. The status card reads Send WhatsApp messages to your customers until you connect.
Fill in Connect WhatsApp
Field
What to enter
2. API URL
The full address from your provider. It must start with https://
3. API token
The token from your provider. It is stored encrypted and never shown again
4. WhatsApp number
Your business number with its country code. Optional
5. Display name
The name customers see. Optional
The number and name are for your reference only: the provider decides which number sends.
Save
Select Save. You see "WhatsApp connection saved. Send a test message to check it." The status card changes to WhatsApp is connected and the form is now titled API details.
Send a test
Saving does not contact your provider. Send a test message to prove the details work.

Change the details later
Edit API details and save. Leave API token blank to keep the saved token; its placeholder reads "Saved — leave blank to keep it". Paste a new token only to replace it. Changing the address or token clears Last successful test, so test again.
If you used WhatsApp Order Settings before
A shop that saved a gateway on the earlier settings tab sees Using your earlier WhatsApp settings. Messages keep going out as before. The API URL is filled in for you; select Save once to manage everything on this page. Nothing changes for your customers.
If the earlier address starts with http://, it cannot be saved. Ask your provider for the https:// address.
If the platform already moved your earlier settings over, the card reads WhatsApp is connected with "Set up from your earlier WhatsApp settings. Save the form below once to confirm them."
